What is ABBUC

  • Atari 8bit User Club
    • Focus on 8bit 6502 Atari Computer
    • (very) little Atari ST/PoFo/Jaguar/Lynx (on purpose)
    • Founded in 1985 (40y anniversary coming in 2025)
    • 568 Members (as of 4th Dec 2024)
      • approx 2/3 from Germany, 1/3 outside Germany

Membership

  • Membership costs 31,20 Euro (in Germany) or 32,00 Euro (everywhere else)
  • Membership fee stable since the start (October 1985, then 5 DM/Month or 60 DM/Year)
  • Signup: write an email to vorstand@abbuc.de (Board)

  • Quarterly full color magazine with Disk
    • 48-64 pages A5
    • German issue printed
    • English issue as PDF (printed english issue in discussion)
    • Virtual floppy disk as ATR download
